I been really into watching jdramas lately. Mostly because out of all the ones that I saw recently, nothing has gone past a total of 11 episodes. This is great for me because that’s about where my attention span ends. But in some cases, I can’t get enough of the drama though ^^ I’m glad they ended at where they did but I am crossing my fingers for second seasons :)

So.. out of the Top 20 Jdramas of 2007 I have seen.. (in bold)

1. Hana Yori Dango 2 (75.2%)
2. Kaette Kita Jikou Keisatsu (74.9%) - I really wanted more development between the two main characters. I was really disappointed though. Otherwise, it was an sort of enjoyable but easily forgettable series. I probably wouldn’t have seen it (since it is the sequel) if it hadn’t been Odagiri Joe and that I wanted to see if anything more happens between the 2 main characters.
3. Galileo (73.6%) - I was starting to lose interest around episode 9 so I’m really glad it’s only 11 episodes. But when I finished it, I wanted more. Haha, probably because we didn’t get much development between the main characters (again..). I understand that this is detective drama but I can’t help but want more romance :( I mean c’mon, even Detective Conan has more of it, haha :) Don’t be so subtitle now, sensei :P I am really looking forward to the movie now.
4. Iryu 2 (73.2%) - The second season seems to focus more on the team than on Asada sensei. It’s still fairly entertaining. Iryu is definitely one of my favorite medical dramas now. Asada sensei is so hot, hahaha. I’m glad Kito sensei is not in the second season as.. I didn’t really like her that much. I wish he would get together with Miki.. but that’s impossible eh? Oh yeah, because of this drama, I find it really hard to like Miki’s step brother now. He is a detective in Galileo but I just have a hard time believing that he is truly harmless. Oops :3
5. Karei Naru Ichizoku (71.3%)
6. SP (70.9%)
7. Haken no Hinkaku (70.0%)
8. Papa to Musume no Nanokakan (69.7%)
9. LIAR GAME (69.2%) - Enjoyable but really, the main character is not good looking at all! And his wig looked really ugly.
10. Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (69.0%)
11. LIFE (68.0%)
12. Proposal Daisakusen (67.7%)
12. Hotaru no Hikari (67.7%) - Started but couldn’t finish it. I kinda lost interest.
12. Haikei, Chichiue-sama (67.7%)
12. Tokumei Kakarichou Tadano Hitoshi 3 (67.7%)
16. Tokyo Tower (66.9%)
17. Yamada Taro Monogatari (66.8%) - The funniest? ^^ Truth is, I really did not enjoy the manga all that much due to Taro’s mother who seriously wastes so much of Taro’s hard earned money. But the drama was great. It was light hearted and I enjoyed it ^^ I still have a hard time believing that people would ~*swoon*~ over Nino though because let’s face it, he is not exactly the prettiest boy in Mr. Johnny’s gang. C’mon, if we’re going to talk about ~*melting*~ at the sight of the person, YamaP would be the better choice no? Other than this, I really did enjoy Nino’s performance. He fits the role (except for the fore mentioned thing). ANNND, Sakurai *_* I totally became a fan after this, hahahahaha :D
